I am A widow with a 11year old daughter, I only drawl survivores benifits, Im 46 years old. I have a suit going with the highest court possible. Still over my deceased husbands will. Its been going thue court sience 2009. There is know reason I should be in this shape. I hate asking for hand outs. Im trying to get a job, I dont have a high school education. which believe it or not Im taking my GED in March 2012. So I MIGHT be able to get some finacial asst. thru the state, Im not gonna hold my breath. I wanted to buy a small business that was my plan if things went right. Im behind on all my bills, SS just isnt cutting it. and the state says I make to much money to quilify for any assistance. I was 78.00 over poverty level thats how screwed up are system is
